We value community!!  The community of believers that makes up the church is the means by which we grow, serve and connect with each other. We stay connected through regular fellowship: enjoying meals after church in each others homes and various activities throughout the year.

Most importantly, we connect through our community life home groups. These lie at the heart of what it means to be a community and family at the Light of Christ Church. Each group is a small gathering of people who meet together regularly in a comfortable home setting for the purpose of building authentic Christian community and to facilitate spiritual growth. These groups have helped us grow through Bible discussion, prayer, encouragement and accountability.

Home Groups
We currently have two home groups and are looking to start another one
Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 12 noon. We meet twice a month for a social time of fellowship followed by a DVD and study on evangelism and personal sharing and christian growth. Contact Bruce Taylor for more information 250-618-7707

Prayer Ministry
We meet weekly to pray for our church and it's leaders and our community

We have a prayer chain for any ongoing or urgent requests
If you are in need of prayer, prayer ministry is available every Sunday during communion.
